Measuring at 10 metres high, and with a diameter of 10 metros at the base and 8 at the top, this great cone has a ground floor and three further floors, it is topped by a cone-shaped structure covered in red clay roof tiles. Unfortunately, only the main structure remains as all the original machinery has been lost.

Having a brief life, it was built as a result of the drought in 1723 bringing the water mills in the area to a halt, only to cease operation in 1751. With the blades removed and the machinery sold off, the interior was reformed for human occupation as a small home, which is how we can see it today
